Waiting from the client to confirm the Pre Auth Expiry With SMS or Online Banking. Most of cases, the client needs to confirm that with them banks because the banks system more developed.

Clients should indicate the important details when they are checking with there banks.

In Case you didn’t got any updates on your transaction and your bank couldn’t to provide you clear details and you didn’t have any remaining amounts with GCR account. The card holder should ask his bank to issue a Chargeback Dispute on the transaction
