"The Company” is

1. The renter or the driver of the car must have a valid driving license in accordance with the traffic and licensing laws of the United Arab Emirates and must comply strictly with the traffic laws and will be responsible for any mistake he makes and the costs resulting from that mistake.

2. The renter is fully responsible for the validity of the documents required to contract that they are passport, driver’s license and its validity, identity card and entry visa. The company has the right to keep a copy of the documents without any liability against it.

3. In case that the vehicle faced any incident:

• The renter or the driver shall not leave the scene of the accident until the police arrive and obtain the accident report
• The renter must inform the company immediately of the accident and the damages resulting from it and take written approval to repair the car in an extended garage by the office.
• The renter shall bear the amount of (AED 1700 to AED 4000) as fees for opening the insurance file if it is proven that he is the cause of the accident.
• The renter shall bear (AED 5000) as a compensation for the damages caused to the value of the car.
• The renter shall bear the rental value until the delivery of the car after completing its repair and returning it to the condition it was in before the accident if he/she/it was the cause of the accident.

4. This contract shall be effective from the time of signing it by the renter and he/she/it is not entitled to terminate until after the approval of the company.

5. The renter shall be obligated to the value of the rent agreed upon in the contract. In the event that the renter does not comply with the specified period, the lessor has the right to calculate the contract at the daily fee determined by the company.

6. The renter acknowledges and agrees that the date of returning the vehicle to the office is the date that the lessor writes on the copy of the original contract.

7. The renter is obligated to return the car to the office immediately after the expiry of the contract term. If the renter wants to extend the rental period, he/she/it must notify the company in writing, and the company has the right not to extend the rental period.

8. The daily rent for the car shall be calculated according to the type of contract (annual, monthly, weekly, daily) in the event that the contract is annual or monthly and the renter has not completed the period, he/she/it must pay the actual daily rent determined by the company and not the agreed upon daily, annual or monthly rent.

9. I received the car and found it completely intact, and I am obligated to repair the car at the agency from any damages that occur to it, such as mechanical or electrical failure, with paying the rent for the car until the car is out of repair.

10. The renter must bring the car every (5000 km) or upon notifying him/her/it to carry out the necessary maintenance by the company. In the event that the renter fails to comply and this causes a mechanical or electrical failure, the renter shall be responsible and bear all costs of those resulting damages. .

11. The renter, the driver of the car and the sponsor shall be responsible for paying the value of the car and the rent in full in case the car is confiscated or an accident occurs under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

12. The renter is not entitled to misuse the vehicles by participating in races or safari trips or leaving the car in regular or random parking … etc., or mortgaging, selling, renting the car or using it commercially. In this case, the company has the right to notify the renter to terminate the contract.

13. The renter has no right to add, remove or modify any part of the car’s interior or exterior, such as tinting the glass. In the event of the renter’s non-compliance, he/she/it shall be responsible before the law.

14. The renter is not entitled to take out the car outside the borders of the United Arab Emirates.

15. The renter undertakes full responsibility before the law if it is proven that the car is wanted by the police or any other party for one reason or another during the contract period. He/she/it also undertakes to pay any violations that occurred on the car during the contract period.

16. The sponsor shall be obligated and responsible for the implementation of all terms of the contract.

17. The company has the right to stop the car if the company is unable to achieve any communication from the renter, for the protection of its interests, and this without any responsibility on the company.

18. The company has the right, for the protection of its interests, to terminate the contract with compliance with the provisions of the termination and to withdraw the car at any time without referring to the renter and without any responsibility on the company towards the car’s belongings.

19. I hereby acknowledge and agree to the reservation of an amount of money as a security deposit through my credit card, and the company has the right to withdraw any amount due without referring to me and without requiring my signature on the receipt.

20. I further acknowledge and agree to bear the bank fees resulting from the withdrawal through the credit card and add them to the invoice in cases of payment of the company’s dues arising from the rental contract and due to be paid to a third party (traffic violations, transit fees, insurance fees, …. etc.).

I acknowledge that I have read all the terms and conditions in this contract and the office has the right to write all the contents of the contract and I am not entitled to challenge this contract or its abolition i n the courts after signing this contract and signed
