To rent a car in Dubai, you will need a valid driving license, passport, and Emirates ID or visa, depending on your residency status.
UAE residents: Valid Emirates ID and UAE driving license.
Tourists and visitors: Valid passport, UAE visa, and driving license. An International Driving Permit (IDP) may also be required, depending on your country of residence.

The renter or driver must remain at the scene of the accident until the police arrive and obtain the official accident report.
The renter must inform the company immediately about the accident and any damage to the vehicle.
- The renter must obtain written approval from the company before arranging any repairs at an authorized garage.
- The renter is responsible for handing over the vehicle to the designated repair facility.

You have no liability in the event of a non-fault accident. Simply hand over the vehicle to the designated repair facility, and we will provide you with a replacement vehicle from the same category until your rented vehicle is repaired.

In the event of an at-fault accident, the accident will be subject to the terms and conditions of our insurance policy. The renter will be responsible for paying the applicable insurance excess, charges, and any compensation related to the vehicle, as determined by the insurance company.
The renter will also be responsible for all rental charges until the vehicle is released from the repair facility.

You should obtain an official police report for the accident. You will be required to pay an insurance claim excess, starting from AED 350 to AED 1,400, depending on the vehicle category.

We do not provide rental services to drivers under 21 years of age due to the higher risk associated with younger drivers. If a vehicle is rented or driven by a driver under 21, the renter may be required to pay 10% of the total accident damage value for both sides of the claim.

Every vehicle leaves our office with a full tank of fuel. Some fuel may be used during delivery, and the fuel level at the time of handover will be recorded.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the applicable fuel charges will be charged based on the vehicle’s fuel capacity.

You can pay your fines directly to the relevant authority or pay them to GCR Globe.
If you receive a fine that includes vehicle impoundment, black points, or other administrative requirements, GCR Globe will charge an AED 500 processing fee for handling the required procedures with the relevant authorities.

- Monthly: 4,000 km
