The renter or the driver shall not leave the scene of the accident until the police arrive and obtain the accident report The renter must inform the company immediately of the accident and the damages resulting from it and take written approval to repair the car in an extended garage by the office. The renter will be responsible to Handover the Vehicle to the repairing agency.

You don’t have any liability, you have only to handover the vehicle to the repairing agency, and you will have vehicle replacement same category until the damaged vehicle got repaired.

The accident will be subject to our insurance company terms and conditions, the renter will be obligated to pay all excess and charges and compensation for vehicle value after the accident. The renter will be obligated to pay all the rental fees until the vehicle released from the repairing agency.

You should get a police report, and you will be obligated to pay small excess for opening insurance claim start from 350 AED to 1400 AED depending on the vehicle category.

We don’t provide our services for drivers below 21 years old, since it’s had high risk, where the renter will be obligated to settle 10% of the accident damaged value for both sides of the claims.

All our vehicle will be departed our base to you full of petrol, it may have consuming during delivery trip, and we will update our system as per level handed over to you.You should return the vehicle in the same fuel level , or will be charged as per vehicle capacity.

Yes, we do delivery and pickup services, and it may cost you a little bit of charges if the delivery location outside Dubai..

We will combine the rental fees charges to be fit with your agreed price as per your contract type.

Extension should be confirmed by GCR globe and the rates may change.

The excess mileage limits subject to vehicle category it will be show in the vehicle details the charges per 1KM.
