How airport car delivery works
You do not need to travel to our office to collect a car. Select Dubai Airport as your pick-up location when you book and we deliver the car there for you. Before you arrive, our team confirms the hand-over point and time with you on WhatsApp, so you know where to go once you have your bags. Delivery is free, and choosing the airport as your pick-up location adds nothing to the price.
Having the car brought to the airport means you load your luggage once and drive straight to your hotel or home. There is no taxi queue and no second trip across the city to collect a car. It also works well for residents coming back from a holiday who want a car ready for the days after they return.
Booking an airport pick-up
- Choose a car from the list above and open the booking form.
- Select Dubai Airport as the pick-up location and enter your dates.
- Add your name, phone number, age, residency and two document photos.
- Send the request. It opens WhatsApp, and our team confirms availability, price and hand-over details.

Documents to have ready
Tourists need a valid passport and visa, their home country driving licence and an International Driving Permit if their licence requires one. Visitors from the GCC, US, UK, Canada, Europe and certain other countries can drive with their home country licence without an IDP. Residents returning from a trip need a valid Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving licence. Our car rental FAQs cover the details.
Returning the car
You can return the car to the airport before your flight home, or to a different place such as your hotel or home. Tell us your return location when you book so we can plan the collection with you.
Choosing a car for an airport pick-up
If you are travelling with plenty of luggage or with family, an SUV such as the Nissan Patrol or Chevrolet Tahoe gives you room to spare.
